Or perhaps for a romantic occasion you would prefer the upstairs bedroom with its private balcony and ensuite bathroom that offers the 2-person spa bath. The desired bedroom combination is your choice.

Seasonal rates apply ranging from $240 to $450 (Twin share)

Please note that reduced rates may apply for longer stays.

Minimum booking periods:

• Low season - 2 nights
• Long weekends - 3 nights
• Easter Holidays - 5 nights
• Christmas School Holidays - 7 nights

Please note: No-smoking permitted inside, smoking outside only. No pets allowed.

Young children are to be supervised at all times whilst outside.

Gift Vouchers can be arranged: For a specific apartment chosen by you, or left open for the recipient to choose their own favourite getaway!

Personal designed packages can be arranged: Wine, chocolates or pantry items might wish to be included. (Sufficient notice is required.)

• Rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of all taxes (where applicable).
• Rates are based upon: length of stay, season, apartment size & location, number of persons staying and servicing requirements.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking within seven days of booking and the balance is to be paid either before the arrival day or at time of arrival.

If paying the balance at the time of arrival, no cheques will be accepted and credit card details will need to be phoned through to Anita McDonald on her direct mobile number (M:0411 102 773) prior to collection of keys.

An additional $100.00 bond will be taken at the time of booking.
Provided the keys are returned and the apartment is left in an appropriate condition the bond will be returned via mail by cheque.

Establishment Access Details

CHECK IN : 2:30 pm

Check-in time and pick up of keys is to be arranged at the time of booking or prior to the arrival day.

CHECK OUT : 10:30 am

• Kindly check-out no later than 10:30 am on your date of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
• Please remember to leave keys inside apartment unless otherwise arranged.

Please note we try to be flexible with times to fit in with your travel arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund.
2. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival day, will forfeit all
   monies paid unless we are able to rebook your entire stay to another group at full tariff.

Cancellations made due to unforseen reasons, may have the option for us to hold all monies in credit against a future booking to be taken within a time frame that is mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the future booking is not taken within the agreed time then all monies paid will be forfeited.

We recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to illness, injury, death, loss of luggage and cancellation of travel.
